THE USER has the option to cancel or modify his/her reservation taking into account the following conditions:
In the event of requesting the cancellation of a reservation fulfilling the requirements set out above, the customer will receive the refund, within 5 business days following their request, through the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Service fees are non-refundable.
