I had 2 very different experiences in less than 48 hours with this parking lot, very punctually with the employees of this place. On Friday the 18th around 10 p.m. a very kind gentleman assisted us and we had no problems whatsoever. The next day, Saturday the 19th around 4:30 p.m., when it was time to pay, another man treated us in a very bad manner, he didn't say hello, he barely looked at you, charged you (in my case with a card) and literally THROWS YOU AWAY the exit card, he is rude. I work in front of the public and I understand that there are bad days, but this man looks like that 100% of the time.

Parking within Getafe city center with discounts for families that take the kids to the nearby schools and monthly rates. The only problem os no has no elevator. you can take the ramp but when it’s crowded it’s complicated. They have big and small parking places so if you’re lucky you have plenty of space. The big plus is that is in the center, the big minus is the lack of elevator. PS. Toilets average cleanness, no toilet paper, no soap.
