First time I was looking for a parking lot near Moncloa, I found this one and I got in, very bad of me for not seeing the measurements or instructions. But when I entered it went well, I went slowly and had to pick up the mirrors (because one had been scratched on the left side, very careless on my part) but otherwise fine. When I entered I didn't know where to park (there were signs for subscribers or something like that, which I didn't understand, ignorant on my part) so I went on the right side where there was a place to park (although I didn't understand if they were reserved or not). Since I had no idea, I went to the machine and entered the registration number to leave, they didn't charge me anything, I don't know if there was a mistake or because I haven't been parked for more than 2 minutes. Anyway, he tells me that I have 15 minutes to leave, and well when I leave because I wanted to turn the car around to leave but I couldn't (there were other cars parked that made it difficult for me to maneuver), so I reversed to leave, and really It was very difficult to get out there since there was the wall in the middle (in the end I managed to get out without touching any other car, yes, I brushed against the wall, I'm very sorry for that) and well, since it had been scratched I got out of the car Let's see, the wall was already a little worn from other hits (now it had a scratch from me, I'm sorry), and my car was also scratched. At that moment, a person over the public address system gave me instructions to wash the car, I told him that I was trying to leave, then he gave me instructions to make the payment to the machine, and I told him that I had not made the payment, although he already told me the ticket went to the machine, so I put the license plate back into the machine and it said invalid, or something like that, and that I had to get the car out in 4 minutes. He told me that it was done and I could get the car out, and well, I took it out very carefully (it didn't get scratched on anything). And well, this is my experience in a parking lot. I think that the place is quite well located and that the staff has taken care of me is quite good, although the place is not a 10 (a little destroyed and narrow in my opinion), at least it is another experience.
