Brilliant!!! Nice staff and very good price…..the only “but” is that it takes a little work to find it…. But otherwise very good.
I had a great experience with the parking service. The entire booking process was quick and easy online, and access to the parking lot was hassle free. It was the perfect solution since I couldn’t use my car in the low-emission zone. I left my car safely parked while I enjoyed exploring Madrid
Super good, I don't give it more stars because it's not possible, we called by phone, a girl picked it up and she was super friendly, we wanted to book by phone, since we were 50 minutes from Madrid, and the girl explained everything to me and told me to talk to her partner about the payment issue, and it was super good and a very good price. There we spoke with the girl and another boy who work there, super nice and very nice, I don't know why people talk bad about them, I really don't have any complaints. Also say that people criticize the site for the location because it is not well marked, but if you are a little smart you have it very close to where Google Maps takes you and you only have to go around a building to turn around and that's it, you don't have to do a master's degree either. Thank you very much for everything and truly, I would go again without hesitation.
