Rreviews from Parking Bravo Murillo 359 (Madrid)
Very bright parking, wide access and exits, spaces of correct size, as a point of improvement to say that the area where you pay by card, inside the box is dark, so when it tells you to press the green button it is difficult to appreciate said button. Otherwise correct price. Recommended if you go to that area of Madrid.
Very good parking lot completely renovated and at a good price in a very central area of Madrid where it is very difficult to park. The good lighting, cleanliness and excellent general condition of all the facilities is greatly appreciated. It's a shame that the elevator cannot reach the street floor, staying in basement -1 and having to go up one floor via a flight of stairs. The biggest problem I see is that a cost per hour is advertised that is much lower than the real one at the parking entrance, where it does not clearly specify that it is only using a certain application, which can clearly lead to confusion and feeling deceived. In my case they charged me €2.35 for a 44-minute stay, far from the €1.95 advertised for an hour, as shown in the photos. I think it should be clarified or at least put an asterisk next to the price, to avoid misunderstandings. In my case, the company pays for work, but if I had to pay it myself, the assessment would surely have been very different. Despite this, the effort for good facilities is recognized and I think it is highly recommended if you are looking for parking in the area.
24 euros for 18 hours, it seemed expensive to me, plus there is no elevator to access (only between basements) so if you go with suitcases or a baby carriage (or worse still: with both, like me) then too bad. It's clean and well lit, yes, and the spaces are a decent size.
