Very expensive parking, but it leaves you right in the center. I find the price excessive because of how little space it is and the payment machines work poorly from time to time. It's very hot down there.

It is well located, there is always room, and you can pay with Teletac. It's a maze, you never know where you're going. The market part stinks of rotten fish. The stairs have leaks and you have to be careful not to slip when it rains. The elevator never works.
